uk9i Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the uk9i platform and all related services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or playing any game, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

1. General Provisions

uk9i is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms define your relationship with the platform and set out the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

• These Terms form a legal agreement between uk9i and the user.
• The platform is intended solely for adults who are at least 21 years of age.
• uk9i reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
• These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text.

2. Account Registration and Use

The following conditions must be met to open an account with uk9i:

1. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed.
2. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential.
4. Operating an account in a third party's name or gambling on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
5. Any suspicious activity on the account must be reported to uk9i immediately.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

uk9i provides its services only to those aged 21 or above. This is a mandatory requirement of our platform.

• uk9i may at any time request the necessary documents (national ID card, passport, or birth certificate) to verify a user's age and identity.
• Deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process.
• Providing false information will result in the account being closed and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• uk9i is always committed to protecting minors from access to gambling.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on uk9i are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be sent only from the account registered under the same name as the uk9i account.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests typically take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals will only be approved to the mobile wallet used at the time of deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals may be delayed during an ongoing verification process.

uk9i does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals, however your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering

uk9i offers attractive welcome bonuses for new members. All bonus offers are governed by the following terms:

Welcome Bonus

• A 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Another example: deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

Wagering Requirements

• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus may be forfeited.

General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• uk9i reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, uk9i may investigate the account and forfeit the bonus.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to participation in all casino games, sports betting, and live games on uk9i:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• uk9i reserves the right to re-settle any bet that was incorrectly settled due to a technical error.
• Unusual winnings obtained by exploiting a software or system error may be cancelled.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet amount may be refunded — see the relevant section for the specific rules that apply.
• All games are powered by third-party provider software (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). The respective provider's own rules also apply.
• uk9i uses SSL encryption and certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair play.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uk9i platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Money laundering: Making payments from illegal sources or using the platform as a channel for money laundering.
• Fraud: Operating an account using false information, forged documents, or deceptive methods.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies to exploit the bonus system.
• Hacking and cyberattacks: Unauthorized access to the platform's software, data, or security systems.
• Account sale or transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated program to place bets.
• Threats or harassment: Threatening, insulting, or harassing uk9i staff or other users.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

uk9i reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of any clause of these Terms is suspected.
• If unusual or suspicious transactions are identified on the account.
• If the user fails to cooperate with the verification process.
• If evidence is found of involvement in prohibited activities listed in Section 7.

If you wish to dispute a suspended or closed account, please contact the support team. If the account is found to be in good standing following an investigation, it will be reactivated.

9. Responsible Gaming

• You can use the "cooling-off" option to take a temporary break.
